I was ready to give it a 4 or 5 because of the quality, comfort, and insulation, but man, it fell apart really fast. By the third time using it, the material at the heel's spine had frayed and split open.

I purchased a 6-inch tactical boot that has a CSA rating. After just a week of walking a lot, the outsole cracked and came off. Sadly, I couldn't return it to the store, and replacing the entire sole is gonna cost me a pretty penny. Total waste of cash. I'm done with these boots.

In my 20 years working in EMS, I gotta say, these are the comfiest boots I've ever owned. Plus, they don't break the bank. My current pair has lasted me 2 years now. I wear the women's 9” with SZ.

I reached out to the company with some photos, and they told me there was nothing they could do, except offer me a 15% discount on another pair. With the boots costing $180 plus tax, I really can't swing replacing them so soon. A month in, and the leather is looking pretty rough. At this pace, they won't even make it to six months. I've been in the market for work boots for ages, and I've never experienced anything like this, so I doubt it's my fault—it's just the leather quality. It's a real letdown because they are super comfy.

These boots have the potential to be really good. There are some nice features. However, anyone who's had to melt shoe polish and shine boots for parades and inspections would likely steer clear after just one pair. The leather parts of the boot don’t shine up to a decent level, and scuffs are pretty much impossible to fix. Plus, both zippers broke with hardly any use. I could fork out $50 or more to replace them, but honestly, why not just switch to a better product or a different brand? I really wish I could give a more positive review.

I recently picked up a fresh pair of Original SWAT boots, the classic '6' model #112001, from a Value Village store. Sometimes, you can snag brand new items there. These boots looked like they had never been worn and still had all the tags attached. The ad mentioned a 100% waterproof membrane, but when even a tiny drop of water hits the surface, it seeps right in, leaving my socks soaked. I reached out to customer service, but the rep told me there’s no warranty since I didn’t buy from an official retailer. Overall, I’m really disappointed—BAD QUALITY, NO WARRANTY!!!!!!!!!!!

The trio dynamic that Kristina is involved in totally messed up the entire series. I just can’t wrap my head around why the writers believed this was necessary. You must be really desperate for talented writers.

I've bought my fourth pair of Original Swat boots now. The first pair I got ages ago was super comfy and held up for a long time. The second pair was pretty solid too. The third pair ended up being too big (couldn't snag a size 10, so I had to grab a 10 1/2) and now it's just a backup for gardening. I recently got a fourth pair in size 9 1/2, but they’re way too tight. The bigger issue, though, is that the material feels a lot cheaper, almost like plastic. Plus, the left boot squeaks loudly with every step. Sadly, I’m on the hunt for a different brand now.
